PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Hornby Town Board will hold a public hearing on a Proposed Local Law to change the position of Highway Superintendent from an Elected position to an Appointed position in the Town of Hornby.
Copies of this proposed local law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
Said public hearing will be held at the Hornby Town Hall on Monday May 11, 2026 at 6:00pm. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
