PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Hornby Town Board will hold a public hearing on a Proposed Games of Chance Law, a local law allowing specific types of gambling in the Town of Hornby.
Copies of this proposed law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
Said public hearing will be held at the Hornby Town Hall on Monday May 11, 2026 at 6:00pm. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
