TOWN OF HORNBY SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING JULY 9, 2025
A special meeting of the Hornby Town Board was called to approve payment of the July bills only. In attendance were Supervisor Justin Eberlin, Councilmembers Hazel Russell, Ken McLaughlin, and Town Clerk Pam Smith. No one else attended the meeting.
The Town Board meeting was opened at 6:07 pm by Supervisor Eberlin.
MOTION by McLaughlin, seconded by Russell,
To approve the payment of General Fund vouchers numbered 101-119 on abstract G-07-25 in the amount of $7,295.60; the payment of Highway Fund vouchers numbered 85-101 on abstract H-07-25 in the amount of $11,107.79; and the payment of Trust and Agency voucher numbered 60 in the amount of $7,086.93. No discussion was held.
Vote: Eberlin – aye, Russell – aye, McLaughlin – aye, Reed – not present, Hale – not present.

To adjourn the meeting at 6:14pm.
