Tentative Assessment Roll
(Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor has completed the TENTATIVE Assessment Roll for the Town of Hornby in the County of Steuben for the year 2026. The Roll will be filed on or about May 1, 2026, and may be seen and examined electronically at https://www.steubencony.org/pages.asp?PID=464.
The Board of Assessment Review is scheduled on June 9th from 4pm – 8pm at The Hornby Town Hall, 4830 Hornby Road, Beaver Dams, NY.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Roll at:

May 20th & 22nd from 11am – 3pm, May 6th from 4 – 8pm, & May 3rd from 10am – 2pm.
